2006 Mixed Invitational
The forecast was ominous for August 27th, calling for rain, rain, and more rain. As often happens here at the Braes … we had a slight sprinkle for one hole and the rest of the day was great! Everyone enjoyed a fun round of alternate shot and then mingled in the clubhouse. Dinner was served and the meal was fantastic. Shrimp cocktail, then Caesar salad and then the main meal of chicken kiev that Mary had made that morning was enjoyed by all. Finishing off with dessert and coffee, everyone was happy.
The prize table was laden with “goodies” worth over $3,500. From a travel bag for golf clubs to a limited edition picture of Mike Weir, there was lots to choose from. Below you will find a few pictures of the prize table and the results of the tournament and of course, what you’ve all been looking for … photos of the participants.
